Brown's Preschool Fitness offers an in-depth health and physical education program for children ages 3-5 years old. Our school believes in nurturing children’s growth as they experience change in all areas of their lives. We provide a balanced program where children develop and learn in a cheerful, nurturing, and stimulating environment that emphasizes a love for learning.
We provide on-site childcare services to private residences, churches, businesses, schools, libraries, or/and various community sites, and events.
Our childcare program includes a variety of sports and recreational activities. Additionally, we offer multiple nutrition, hygiene, exercise/fitness, adequate rest, and mental health lessons, to promote optimal wellness for social, emotional, and physical development. Ultimately, children will learn to develop and perpetually implement habits of a healthier lifestyle physically, socially, and emotionally. Thus, this keeps kids more active, well-balanced, and healthy.
